Arka Dhyana Intuitive Meditation

Arka Dhyana Intuitive Meditation Seminar
Christchurch - Sunday 14 June 2015
It was a beautiful sunny winter’s day in Christchurch when many of Sunrise Yoga students made their way to hear Srinivas Arka talk about Arka Dhyana at the Burnside Bowling Club at 10am. Everyone was eager to hear more about the Intuitive Meditation from the Master himself.

Arka began by highlighting that it was more important for us to live in the present, which actually creates our future. He made the session more interactive by encouraging the audience to ask questions on meditation and related areas, for which he provided insightful answers elaborating on the concerned topics such as finding happiness, peace, self-discovery and so on.

Everyone joined Arka in singing the humming sound SAAROOGOVAUM used in Arka Dhyana Intuitive Meditation, singing each syllable separately with deep breaths in between, followed by all the syllables sung together. The humming sound generates consistent vibrations within and helps us to move from the mind level to the heart level. He explained that it is a great cosmic sound that makes our bodies sparkle and cleanse internally. He added that we must try to reach our inner selves and that we are not just physical beings but spiritual beings within.
Everyone felt very privileged and grateful to Srinivas Arka, for presenting this enlightening and exciting seminar on Arka Dhyana Intuitive Meditation, and for sharing his immense knowledge and experiences for the benefit of others.
